Partner Dancing is a lifetime exercise for personal fitness. It is a fun and exciting way to meet new people and a year round activity that requires no more than a good pair of dance shoes.

No matter how old you will get, you will always have social functions; weddings, fund-raisers and other parties to attend. You cannot take your tennis racket or golf clubs to these affairs, but you can take your dancing!

Social Dancing is not just for couples. Singles of all ages, as well as families and wedding parties have come to us to begin a lifetime of dancing.  

Get in shape by taking a dance class. Warm up with a Waltz, Tango or Fox-trot, get hot with Latin dances such as Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba & Salsa or get a great workout with Swing!

Group Classes

Beginner & Intermediate group classes are offered on a daily basis (see the calendar).  New students will learn basic principles in leading and following, rhythm, timing and a few simple patterns in a variety of dances.

At the Intermediate level, the patterns taught are a bit more challenging, and require that the student has good comprehension of technique & theory.

Advanced technique classes offer students the ability to take their dancing to the highest level, possibly preparing for performances and competitions.

Group lessons are $30 per person per session and is payable at the first class of the month. After that a $10 walk-in rate applies.

Private Instruction

Private lessons are customized to meet the students needs. They are also a great way to perfect what you've learned in your group classes. Private lessons are by appointment only and are offered mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends! We have a variety of instructors available at various times throughout the week. Private lessons are $50 per hour. Instruction may be one on one, a couple or a group of up to 6 people.

Semi-Private Lessons

Can't make the group class? Don't want to dance alone? Semi-private lessons are just for you. Get a group of your friends, family or co-workers together and schedule your own class! You decide what you want to learn and you all share the cost. This option is great for Wedding Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Homecoming & Prom! The cost is just $10 per person with a $50 minimum charge per hour.

Dance Lesons For Children

The ABC's Of Ballroom class is perfect for children ages 7 thru 12, and is offered at 5pm on Tuesdays. Students learn the basics in leading, following, rhythm, timing and a few simple patterns in a variety of dances. Partnering is introduced and fun upbeat music is used. Cost is $30 per 4 week session.

Shut up & Dance! believes that no child should be denied dance lessons, and a free class is offered for 7-12 yr olds every Tuesday at 4pm. This class is designed as a performance group and students will be given the opportunity to show off their dancing skills at a variety of community events throughout the year. Choreographed routines will be taught utilizing the different strengths and abilities of the students. Call Julie at 920-979-3434 for more information or to register your child. Wedding Planning

So you're getting married! You're definitely on the right step adding dance lessons to your important list of "must do's". You've taken time to choose the perfect dress, that special tux, a perfect cake, photographer, flowers, etc. You want everything to be perfect and that should include your "First Dance" together! And we're here to help! We can help you choose your first song, choreograph a routine, or simply teach you basic dancing skills. Instructors are also available to teach your wedding guests a few simple steps at the reception to help "break the ice".

Non Partner Classes Offered:

ZUMBA Fitness and Belly dancing classes are offered on a weekly basis and are a great way to get in, and stay in shape! Tone your hips, thighs and abs and great a great workout by trying some or all of these fun exercise classes! See the calendar for times and days offered.
